ITEMS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
- Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date for eligibility.
- Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To start the return process, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number along with details about the returned product.
- Carefully package your return item and ship it to the provided address.
- While we provide free shipping on all items, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned product.
- Depending on your preference, we offer cash refunds, exchanges, or store credit. You may receive a partial refund if only part of your purchase is returned.
